These Terms of Use govern your use of the Simple Screen Translator app (hereby referred to as "Application") created by Wise Digital Inc. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms.
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.
The Application performs text recognition (OCR) and translation entirely on your device using Google ML Kit. Recognition and translation accuracy depend on image quality, font, language, lighting, and source text complexity. Translations are provided "as-is" and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other professional purposes. Always verify important translations with a qualified human translator or authoritative source.
The Application offers optional auto-renewing in-app subscriptions that unlock Premium features and remove advertisements. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage, cancel, or restore your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or your Google Play account (Android). Apple and Google process all subscription payments — the Service Provider does not store your payment information.

The Application processes your images and translations entirely on your device. Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. The Service Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of translations, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Application or any translation results.
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
