This privacy policy explains how the Offline Image Translator app ("the app") built by Wise Digital Inc. handles your data. The app translates text from images -- select a photo from your gallery or files and the app detects and translates the text for you.
This app does not collect or store your personal data on any server we control. There is no user account, no analytics, and no behavioral tracking. We have no database of user data and cannot access your information under any circumstances. Translation history is stored locally on your device and can be deleted by you at any time.
The app needs access to your photo library so you can pick images for translation. Your photos are never uploaded to any server we control, and we do not store, view, or share them.
Text recognition and translation are performed using Google ML Kit on your device. The image and extracted text stay local for the core translation flow and are not sent to OpenAI or to any server we control.
The free version of the app shows ads through Google AdMob. We have configured AdMob to serve non-personalized ads only. This means:
AdMob may still use contextual signals to select which ads to show, such as your general geographic location (derived from your IP address) and device type (for proper ad rendering). These signals are handled by Google and are not linked to your identity or shared with us. Premium subscribers do not see ads. You can read Google AdMob's privacy policy for more details.

These purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We use RevenueCat to verify your subscription status. RevenueCat communicates with Apple/Google on our behalf but does not receive or store your payment details. We never see your credit card, billing address, or other payment information. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
The app does not include any analytics SDK. There are no usage trackers, no session recordings, and no behavioral data collection. We do not know how many people use the app or how they use it.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
