This privacy policy explains how the Flex Agent AI app ("the app") built by Wise Digital Inc. handles your data. The app is local-first: your local profile, conversation history, memory, attachments, knowledge base, and preferences are stored on your device unless you intentionally enable a feature that requires network access (such as a cloud AI provider, the optional self-hosted gateway, downloading an on-device model file, or restoring purchases).
Wise Digital does not operate a hosted Flex Agent cloud account, chat-storage service, or analytics backend. A local profile, conversation history, memory, knowledge-base files, attachments, and preferences are stored on your device. The app does not require an account to start using it; an in-app sign-in screen exists, but the credentials are stored on-device (password hashes in SecureStore) — they are not sent to a Wise Digital server.
Specifically, the following are stored on your device only:
You can download an on-device large language model (GGUF format, run via llama.rn) such as Qwen3 4B Instruct, Qwen3 1.7B, Hermes 3 3B, or Llama 3.2 1B/3B. The model file is downloaded from a public model repository (currently Hugging Face); once downloaded, your prompts and the model's responses are processed entirely on your device and are not sent to Wise Digital or to any third party.
You may optionally connect the app to one or more third-party AI providers by entering your own API key (Bring Your Own Key). Currently supported providers are Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, OpenRouter, and any OpenAI-compatible custom endpoint you configure. When you choose one of these providers for a given message:
The app supports an optional self-hosted gateway (OpenClaw) over WebSocket. Connecting to a gateway is opt-in and configured by you (you provide the URL and token). When connected, the app sends prompts to and receives responses from that gateway endpoint. By default the app ships pointed at an operator-controlled development gateway and can be reconfigured or disabled at runtime. Wise Digital does not operate a public, multi-tenant Flex Agent gateway service.
The app may use network services for: optional in-app subscriptions, ads, downloading on-device model files from a public model repository, cloud AI providers you enable via BYOK, an optional self-hosted gateway you configure, and opening external links you tap. These services do not require you to create a Wise Digital app account.
The free version of the app may show ads through Google AdMob (banner and interstitial). We request non-personalized ads where supported and do not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt in the app. Google may still process data such as device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostic information, and advertising data for ad delivery, fraud prevention, frequency capping, reporting, and compliance. Premium subscribers do not see ads. Wise Digital does not use this data to build its own user profiles. The app's AdMob content rating is set to non-explicit (general audiences). The app offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions to remove ads and unlock Premium features. Subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We use RevenueCat to verify your subscription status and unlock the Premium entitlement. RevenueCat may process purchase history, product identifiers, app user identifiers, subscription events, platform information, and diagnostics. We never see your credit card, billing address, or other payment credentials. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details. Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the app provides a "Restore Purchases" action in Settings.
The app does not include a separate Wise Digital analytics SDK, session recording SDK, or behavioral analytics system. AdMob and RevenueCat may process limited advertising, purchase, diagnostic, and device data as described above. Cloud AI providers and the optional gateway, if you enable them, see only what you send to them.
Because your profile, conversations, knowledge-base files, memory, and BYOK API keys live only on your device, you can clear them at any time using in-app controls (sign out, delete conversations, remove provider keys) or by deleting the app. To request deletion of any data held by a third-party provider you connected via BYOK, contact that provider directly using the contact information in their privacy policy.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and Wise Digital does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information through a third-party store, ad, or purchase service, contact us so we can help route the request.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
