These Terms of Use govern your use of the Flex Agent AI app (hereby referred to as "Application") created by Wise Digital Inc. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms.
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.
The Application uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. You should not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.

The Application may offer optional subscriptions or purchases to remove ads or unlock features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The Service Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Application or any AI-generated content.
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
