This privacy policy explains how The Holy Bible Multi Language app ("the app") built by Wise Digital Inc. handles your data. The app is local-first: reading activity, notes, highlights, bookmarks, reading plans, and reading-streak history stay on your device.
Wise Digital does not operate a server that receives your reading progress, bookmarks, highlights, notes, reading plans, reading-streak data, verse-of-the-day settings, or preferences. There is no app account or cloud sync for this data. We cannot view this local reading content.
Specifically, the following are stored on your device only:
The app ships 30 public-domain Bible translations bundled inside the app — no separate download is required to read them. Your reading activity is not sent to a Wise Digital server.
Everything you create in the app — bookmarks, highlights, notes, reading plans, reading-streak history, and preferences — is stored locally on your device (Expo SQLite for content, on-device key/value storage for preferences). Your data is never sent to any server we control. If you delete the app, your data is deleted with it.
The free version of the app shows a banner ad through Google AdMob. The app does not show interstitial, app-open, or rewarded ads. We request non-personalized ads where supported and do not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt in the app. Google may still process data such as device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostic information, and advertising data for ad delivery, fraud prevention, frequency capping, reporting, and compliance. Premium subscribers do not see ads. Wise Digital does not use this data to build its own user profiles. The app's AdMob content rating is set to non-explicit (general audiences). You can remove the banner ad by subscribing to the Pro plan within the app.
The app offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions to remove the banner ad. Subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We use RevenueCat to verify your subscription status and unlock the Pro entitlement. RevenueCat may process purchase history, product identifiers, app user identifiers, subscription events, platform information, and diagnostics. We never see your credit card, billing address, or other payment credentials. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details. Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the app provides a "Restore Purchases" action in Settings.
If you enable verse-of-the-day notifications, your device delivers a local notification at the time you chose. The notification is produced on your device — Wise Digital does not push it from a server.
The app uses your device's built-in text-to-speech engine to read Bible verses aloud. This processing happens entirely on your device. No audio or text is sent to any external server for speech synthesis.
The app does not include a separate Wise Digital analytics SDK, session recording SDK, or behavioral analytics system. AdMob and RevenueCat may process limited advertising, purchase, diagnostic, and device data as described above.
Because all reading content, streaks, and preferences live only on your device, you can clear them at any time using in-app controls or by deleting the app. For questions about purchases or RevenueCat data, contact us so we can help route the request to the appropriate processor.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and Wise Digital does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information through a third-party store, ad, or purchase service, contact us so we can help route the request.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
