These Terms of Use govern your use of the Bills & Subscriptions Tracker app (hereby referred to as "Application") created by Wise Digital Inc. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms.
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

The Application is a personal finance tracking tool designed to help you organize and track your bills and subscriptions. It is not intended to provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional accounting services.
All financial data entered into the Application is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. The Service Provider is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information tracked in this Application.
The Application offers optional in-app purchases, including:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.
All intellectual property rights in the Application, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by the Service Provider.
The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The Service Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Application.
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
